Support
Last updated: May 12, 2026
LinkDish is designed to keep recipe extraction simple and dependable for supported recipe pages, article-style recipes, and YouTube recipe links with enough recipe detail. If something is not working as expected, the fastest first checks are:
- Make sure the recipe link is public and still available.
- Try pasting the link again if the source was temporarily unreachable.
- Try a different recipe source if the site blocks extraction or is unsupported.
Saved recipes
Personal saved recipes are stored on your device. Recipes you add to a shared Family recipe book are stored by LinkDish so household members can view them. If a saved recipe looks outdated or malformed after an app update, removing it and extracting it again should refresh the content.
Accounts and Family households
No account is required to import and save recipes on one device. Sign in is required only to create, join, or manage LinkDish Family household sharing, or add recipes to a shared Family recipe book. Depending on the active rollout mode, sign-in may use an email code or Google/Apple sign-in.
Plans and purchases
Free start includes 10 recipe imports each month and 10 saved recipes on one device. LinkDish Plus includes 100 monthly recipe imports and unlimited saved recipes. LinkDish Family includes 250 monthly recipe imports, unlimited saved recipes, and household sharing. Purchases and restores are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play with RevenueCat. If an active paid plan is not showing in the app, use Restore purchases from Account or the Plans screen.
Privacy
For details about what information the app handles, read the LinkDish Privacy Policy.
Contact
For support or privacy questions, email robertgordon761@gmail.com. If you are testing a pre-release build, you can also use the same channel where you received the build to report issues.
Data deletion requests
If you created a LinkDish account, you can delete it from Account in the app. Deleting the account removes server-side account, household, and shared Family recipe records that belong to the account, but App Store or Google Play subscriptions still need to be managed in the store. If you cannot access the app, send your request to robertgordon761@gmail.com.
